3. Orders and Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Cash App, Chime, Zelle, and Venmo.

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 on all orders under $150. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

Processing times are typically 3–5 business days, with shipping times varying by location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved exchanges must be returned unused and in original packaging.
